Eurasian Journal of Applied Biotechnology (eISSN 2617-1147) is an international peer-reviewed open access journal publishes original fundamental and applied research, letters, review and hypothesis articles in all key areas of modern biotechnology, medical genetics and genomics, and ecological research.

The publication is intended to both scientific and technical professionals as well as wide range of intellectual readers that are eager to be aware of the recent achievements of worldwide biotechnology.

The journal has been published by National Center for Biotechnology since 1996.

 Open Access free for readers, with article processing charges (APC) paid by authors or their institutions.

The journal has a designed and approved cover and title pages, issue imprint, eISSN, editorial staff, editorial policy, publication ethics and website.

Journal articles are registered in the CrossRef database, and each author's article must be assigned a DOI - a digital object identifier, which is used to provide citations, links and access to electronic documents.

The journal is indexed by the Kazakhstan Citation Base JSC "National Center of Science and Technology Evaluation" (NCSTE).

The journal is placed in the elibrary.ru Scientific Electronic Library in open access for readers and is included in the analytical database "Russian Science Citation Index" (RSCI).

The journal follows the policy of information openness and accessibility of authors' publications; articles are posted on the journal's website in three languages in full-text access.

Eurasian Journal of Applied Biotechnology uses double-blind review, which means that both the reviewer and author identities are concealed from the reviewers, and vice versa, throughout the review process. Before being sent to reviewers, manuscripts are pre-screened by the editorial office to check that they agree with the criteria for publishing in Eurasian Journal of Applied Biotechnology: accordance with the aims and scope of the journal, nature of the study, originality of the results, quantity and quality of data, general conclusions, and presentation of the work with a good quality of language. If the paper does not fulfill these criteria, it may be rejected at this stage without review.
